Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with all labels attached. Include the packing slip or a copy.

Return in store

You can also bring your online order back to our Maastricht shop during opening hours. Bring your invoice or order confirmation.

Return by post

1. Pack

   Pack the items carefully, preferably in their original packaging.

2. Send

   Fill in your details on the enclosed return form, stick the address label on the parcel and ship it with Track & Trace via PostNL or DHL. Return shipping is at your own expense.

3. Refund or store credit

   Once we receive it, we process your return within 1–2 business days. You choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit — to spend online and in store. You'll receive a confirmation automatically.

Exchange

Prefer a different size or another item? Order the new item separately and return the original.

Damaged or wrong item?

Report it within 48 hours to info@schinsmaastricht.com and we'll send you a free return label.
