Shipping Policy — Schins Atelier

At Schins Atelier we do our best to deliver your order with care and speed. Below you will find all the information about our shipping, delivery times and costs.

Order Processing

Orders placed and paid for on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) before 3:00 PM (15:00 CET) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends or on public holidays are shipped the next working day.

During busy periods (sales, holidays, new collections), the processing time may be extended by 1–2 working days. You will automatically receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Method

We ship within the European Union via PostNL (Netherlands and Belgium) and DHL (other EU countries). Every shipment includes tracking so you can follow your parcel online.

The risk of loss or damage transfers to you at the moment that you — or a third party other than the carrier designated by you — take physical possession of the goods.

Shipping Area

We ship exclusively within the European Union. Orders with a delivery address outside the EU cannot be accepted.

In-Store Pickup

You can collect your order free of charge at our store in Maastricht:

Select In-store pickup at checkout. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready — usually within one working day. Orders can be collected free of charge during our opening hours up to 14 days after notification.

Not at Home

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will make a second attempt or deliver the parcel to a nearby pickup point. You will be notified automatically. Parcels that cannot be delivered and are returned to us will, on request, be reshipped against new shipping costs.

Incorrect Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. In case of an incorrect address, the costs for reshipping or retrieving the shipment may be charged to you.

Damage or Loss During Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@schinsmaastricht.com with a brief description and, if possible, photos. If we suspect loss during transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Not entirely satisfied? You have 14 days from receipt to return your order without giving a reason. See our Refund Policy for the full terms and instructions.
